On Mar. 5th, the seminar on the post-evaluation of Special Equipment Service Administration Regulation was held in CSEI. The director of General Office of SESA, State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR) Li Jun and other 19 people from the Regulation & Standard Department of CSEI, the drafting group, the supervisory body and the user joined the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Qi Yuedi, the director of Regulation & Standard Department of CSEI.
At the meeting, the participant from the Regulation & Standard Department introduced the post-evaluation work and the statistical analysis of opinions on the Special Equipment Service Administration Regulation. The representatives of the supervision body and the user agreed that the implementation of Special Equipment Service Administration Regulation has played a good guiding role in the management of the use of special equipment.
Director Li summarized that the Regulation & Standard Department shall widely collect opinions at the grass-roots level, and the drafting group shall determine the key points of the revision of Special Equipment Service Administration Regulation according to Law on Safety of Special Equipment of the People’s Republic of China, Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment and Announcement on Special Equipment Licensing of SAMR --- Measures on Optimizing the Service of Permit Access of Special Equipment and Strengthening the Supervision in and after the Licensing.
