During the period from Dec.9 to Dec.14 in 2016, a delegation led by Mr. Jia Guodong, the deputy director general of Special Equipment Safety Supervision Administration Bureau (SESA of AQSIQ), attended the 30th Annual Conference of Sino-Romania Special Equipment Safety Supervision held in Bucharest of Romania. During the conference, the delegation visited several users of special equipments like boiler users, pressure vessel users, large recreational facility users and passenger funicular users, and had an understanding of the management pattern as well as the supervisory system of Romanian for special equipment.

At the conference, the two parties communicated two countries’ safety situation of the special equipments and proceeding situation of main work since the 29th annual conference, conducted a deep discussion on the mutual recognition of welder certification for in-service pressure equipment and signed the minutes of conference. This visit has deepened the cooperation between China and Romania in the field of safety supervision and inspection of special equipment and established a more solid foundation to promote the communication and cooperation with the eastern European countries.
