Safety Supervision and Inspection Rules

In order to urge the special equipment manufacture, management and using units to undertake the main responsibilities, reinforce the special equipment safety supervision and inspection and establish a long effective mechanism, and also standardize the spot safety supervision and inspection, the Rules are made according to the Law on Safety of Special Equipment and the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment. Notice is hereby given that the rules are promulgated for implementation.
