In order to standardize boiler efficiency testing organs, improve testing report quality, authorized by SESA of AQSIQ, the 2013 China Boiler Energy Efficiency Testing Organization Working Conference hold in Suzhou between 25th and 27th of September, 2013. the vice president of SESA Mr. Cui Gang, director of Energy saving department of SESA Mr. Leng Hao, the secretary-general of China Promotion Association for Sepcial Equipment Safety and Energy-Saving Mr. Wang Xiaolei, vice president of Jiang Su Bureau of Quality Inspection and Supervision Mr. Ji Benjun, president of Su Zhou Bureau of Quality Inspection and Supervision Mr. Niu Xuelin and other about 100 representatives from energy testing organs have attended in this meeting. The meeting was chaired by general engineer of CSEI Mr. Guan Jian.
Mr.Cui Gang presented an important speech in this meeting. He underlined the significant of boiler energy testing and pointed out detailed requirements on improving testing quality. Mr. Guan delivered a report on Boiler energy efficiency testing data statistics analysis, which compared testing result and the requirements of boiler energy saving inspection and management. The report provided basic data for further policy establishment of boiler energy saving.
