On April 23, witnessed by Liu Ning, Qinghai provincial governor and Tian Shihong, Deputy Minister of State Administration for Market Regulation, CSEI signed cooperation agreement with Administration for Market Regulation of Qinghai Province on energy efficiency testing laboratory in Xining.

CSEI will give full play to the advantages of technology and talents, take advantage of the geographical environment characteristics of Qinghai province, and build highland energy efficiency research and testing platform with Administration for Market Regulation of Qinghai Province for the practical problems of low energy efficiency and high emissions of high energy-consuming special equipment, such as boilers in the highland environment. The platform will jointly train technical talents in related fields, jointly carry out energy efficiency testing technology research, accumulate basic data on highland energy efficiency in relevant fields, promote the revision and modification of relevant regulation and standards, cooperate in energy-efficiency type testing and periodic testing of boilers and other equipment, and make due contribution to the construction of ecological civilization and economic and social development in Qinghai.
